How does it works?

When hiring Geuss & Partner, we make sure to get a detailed briefing on what our client is looking for. We familiarize ourselves with the company and also the future colleagues of the new employee, ensuring their will fit into the team.

With this profile, we search our candidate database to see if there is already someone suitable (over the years, we have met many people whom we can now contact). If we don’t find anyone in our database, we search with the help of our partners in Germany. We use, among other things, social media to make connections and build a candidate pool.

But the search for a suitable candidate is only one part of our work. At the same time, we need to ensure that the candidate and the family are ready to relocate to Denmark. Many people have considered this matter, but when it becomes concrete, it often turns out to be quite different than expected.

In this case, our candidate service comes into play. We assist with finding housing, help with the formal immigration requirements, and take care of everything else that’s necessary. The new employee for our client can focus entirely on their new job.

Once it is evident that the new employee is a good fit for the company and will stay, we assist the family with the move and the search for a new home. This is also part of our services. Because only when the family is happy and settled in Denmark the new employee will be able to perform well in their role.
